Features
Stock that counts itself.
CyberTooth tracks dental materials in servings — one syringe can be ten applications — and deducts them automatically when a procedure is recorded, always from the batch that expires first. You see what is about to expire and what is running low before it becomes a problem in the chair.

- Materials tracked in servings, with units and serving names you choose.
- First-expired-first-out: each use is taken from the batch closest to expiry.
- Expiry dates on every batch, with “expiring soon” and expired lists.
- Minimum stock levels and a low-stock list.
- Procedure material templates: record a visit and its materials are deducted automatically.
- Purchase requests with items and prices, received straight into stock.
- Stock kept per branch; full usage history per material.
Questions
Do clinical staff need inventory access to record a visit?
No. Recording a visit with its materials only needs visit permissions; adjusting stock needs inventory permissions.
What happens when a batch runs out mid-procedure?
The deduction continues from the next batch in expiry order, so counts stay correct.
Can I see stock per branch?
Yes. Every batch belongs to a branch, and the inventory overview is per branch.
