Everything a dental clinic runs on.
Eight modules, one login. Every screen below is live in the demo.
Clinic finances
CyberTooth tracks where every payment goes. Cash, bank and card-terminal wallets are filled automatically from payments, card fees are deducted on the way in, and expenses come out of the wallet that paid them — so the balance you see is the money you actually have.
Clinic finances →Inventory
CyberTooth tracks dental materials in servings — one syringe can be ten applications — and deducts them automatically when a procedure is recorded, always from the batch that expires first. You see what is about to expire and what is running low before it becomes a problem in the chair.
Inventory →Insurance
CyberTooth keeps every insurance and corporate company, each insured patient’s coverage, and every approval — single or grouped — with its status and completion. Monthly company payments are split per branch, with deductions recorded, so you know what each company still owes.
Insurance →Patients & charting
Every patient in CyberTooth has one file: history, insurance, balance, visits, payments, lab orders, prescriptions and appointments. Plan treatment with the patient on the dental chart — by tooth, surface and canal, for permanent, primary or mixed dentition — and keep X-rays and signed consent forms on the record.
Patients & charting →Appointments
CyberTooth’s calendar shows every branch’s appointments by month, week, day or list. Each appointment carries the doctor, the planned procedures and teeth, and the home screen shows today’s list the moment you log in — on the web and in the app.
Appointments →Labs
Every lab order in CyberTooth records the patient, doctor, lab, procedure, total cost and amount paid, with a done status. Open orders and dues are visible at a glance, and an order can be linked to the patient’s insurance approval.
Labs →Multi-branch
CyberTooth runs a multi-branch practice from one account. Wallets, stock, calendars and reports work per branch, and you decide which branches each user can see and what they can do there.
Multi-branch →Mobile apps
CyberTooth has native apps for iPhone and Android, with tablet layouts. They connect to the same clinic as the web app — appointments, patients, visits, payments, wallets and more — in English or Arabic, right-to-left done properly.
