CyberTooth tracks where every payment goes. Cash, bank and card-terminal wallets are filled automatically from payments, card fees are deducted on the way in, and expenses come out of the wallet that paid them — so the balance you see is the money you actually have.

Questions
Can I keep cash and bank separate?
Yes. Each wallet has its own balance and history, and you can have as many as you need per branch.
Are card fees handled?
Yes. Set a percentage fee, a fixed fee, or both for each payment method; the wallet receives the net amount and the fee is recorded.
Can staff change past transactions?
No. Only superusers can edit or delete wallet transactions, so the money trail stays reliable.
